Fleischer's Vital Account Management Program (VAMP) |
|

| |
VAMP is our proprietary client services management program. One of our
experienced, knowledgeable professionals is assigned to oversee all aspects
of a client's account. The individual is responsible for the day-to-day
management of the account and ensures that all aspects of our relationship
are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Standard operating
procedures, customized to the client's needs, are developed to enhance
workflow. The Account Manager also oversees the billing of the account, and
is the primary point of contact for client field inquiries. We have a
contingency plan for managing the account, should the primary contact be
unavailable. Managing accounts in this way enhances operations, assuring
that all import / export and other activities and issues are processed in a
consistent, expeditious manner, such that it meets or exceeds our client's
expectations. |
